I enjoyed the free shuttle service, the beautiful natural surroundings, and the delicious complimentary breakfast at Royal Majesty Bungalow.

Just loved the damp towels and musty smell in my barren room. So cozy.

The value for money at this place was amazing, we got so much more than we expected. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a mosquito net. The location was perfect, surrounded by endless tea fields, offering stunning views. The staff treated us like royalty, always helpful and friendly.

The menu for breakfast could have been more diverse and catered to both Western and local tastes.

The view from the Royal Majesty Bungalow was absolutely breathtaking. We were surrounded by lush tea plantations, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was taking walks through the picturesque tea plantations and exploring the nearby village. The food served at the bungalow was excellent, especially the flavorful Sri Lankan dishes prepared by the kitchen staff. The bungalow itself, being 150 years old, was a charming piece of history and it was well-maintained and beautifully furnished. The manager was incredibly accommodating and arranged transportation for us from the train station and even organized a sunrise hike to Adam's Peak. we had a wonderful experience at Royal Majesty Bungalow and would highly recommend it.

Amazing place in the middle of tea plant hills. Stunning views and plenty of walking opportunities nearby. Excellent staff who arranged everything for us. Truly unique experience. Comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Don't miss the chance to try Sri Lankan food, especially the tea and warm butter cake. Our stay was made extra special by the assistant manager who gave us a personal tour of the tea plantation and introduced us to the tea pickers. The dinner at the bungalow was one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location of Royal Majesty Bungalow was truly stunning, situated in the midst of beautiful tea fields. We had the most amazing morning walk that turned into a four-hour adventure through the tea fields, surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The refreshing wind and quiet surroundings made it a truly peaceful and invigorating experience. The staff, especially Rimas, the manager, were friendly and eager to show us around, sharing the historic value of the place. We even had the opportunity to meet the descendants of the former owners, adding a special touch to our stay. The Sri Lankan food for dinner and breakfast was delicious, providing a true taste of authentic cuisine. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as low hot water pressure and the need for bathroom updates, the overall experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend including a stay at Royal Majesty Bungalow in your Sri Lankan journey to truly discover and appreciate the beauty of the tea plantations. a memorable and worthwhile experience.

The rooms at Royal Majesty Bungalow are absolutely amazing! The cozy fireplaces and premium bedding made me feel like I was in a luxurious cabin in the mountains. I loved how some of the units offered stunning views of the mountains or garden, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. The seating area was a nice touch, providing extra comfort and relaxation. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept us entertained during downtime. The bungalow itself was clean, well-maintained, and had three spacious bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends like us. The complimentary bottled water and availability of irons/ironing boards were thoughtful additions. I particularly liked the tile/marble floor in our triple room, giving it a classy and elegant vibe. The bathrooms were stocked with shower/tub combinations and complimentary toiletries, making our stay even more convenient.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons for this place. It was a perfect stay for us!

The WiFi in our rooms was hella fast, so we could stream all our favorite shows and keep up with our friends on social media. And yo, they had bikes for rent! We went on a crazy bike adventure in the area, exploring the hills and feeling like a bunch of daredevils. Hiking was dope too, we conquered those trails like bosses!

The only thing we wished for was a cooler hangout spot for young peeps like us. It would've been perfect if they had a sick party area with music, games, and a chill vibe.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff, especially Rimesh and Dilon, were exceptional. They were always helpful and full of information, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, and the surroundings were peaceful and picturesque. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be near a traditional bungalow and had easy access to nearby attractions like Adam's Peak. The food was delicious, and the whole experience was the best we've had. We would definitely come back if we visit Sri Lanka again.

    Nothing not to love.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a historic bungalow nestled amidst scenic tea plantations. the location was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of the tea fields. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the colonial-style room exuded heritage charm, and the delicious meals served in the dining room were a highlight. the manager even arranged a guided walk through the tea fields and helped organize a trip to a nearby attraction.

It would have been better if the shower water pressure was higher.

The staff at this place were amazing, going above and beyond to assist us with everything from arranging transfers to organizing activities. The location was perfect for those who enjoy nature, with beautiful countryside and tea plantations right at our doorstep.

Breakfast items could have been improved with more variety.
